i-Land was conceived as a managed industrial development serving local and international manufacturers seeking access to industrial land outside Yangon.

Over the years, the project has developed industrial plots, internal infrastructure and factory assets while supporting investors through different stages of project planning, establishment and operation.

Following several challenging years for Myanmar’s economy and business environment, i-Land is entering a new phase focused on infrastructure improvement, renewed investor engagement and the activation of industrial projects within the park.
