The confirmed Phase 1 covers approximately 182 acres. There is further expansion potential, subject to final land confirmation, approvals and development planning.

i-Land may provide relevant project information and coordinate with investors and their professional advisers. Formal applications and approvals remain subject to applicable laws, requirements and government authorities.
Are tax incentives guaranteed?
No. Incentives depend on prevailing law, the nature and location of the investment, promoted-sector classification, MIC approval and permit conditions.
Is electricity available?
Electricity requirements must be assessed for each project. Available capacity, connection arrangements, backup requirements and future energy solutions will depend on the selected location and project demand.
Can i-Land provide a ready-built factory?
Existing factory assets may be available from time to time. Build-to-suit arrangements may also be considered for qualified projects.
